In fact, in the month of October in the year 2018, a live concert of ‘Dandiya Nights with Sapna Choudhary’ was held at Smriti Upvan under Ashiana police station area of Lucknow. Hundreds of people had arrived at the live concert with tickets worth Rs 2,500 to attend the show. But suddenly Sapna Choudhary refused to perform. After this, the show was canceled, after which there was a lot of uproar.
The matter reached the police station and a case of cheating was registered against Sapna. The court of ACJM 5 in Lucknow had issued an NBW (non-bailable warrant) against Sapna Choudhary for not coming on a sustained trial in the same case. Sapna Choudhary reached the court wearing a mask to get the same NBW recalled. According to the latest information, Sapna Choudhary’s NBW has been recalled.
A case of cheating was registered against Sapna.
An FIR of cheating was lodged against six organizers, including Sapna Choudhary, at Ashiana police station for not appearing in the show. Now Sapna Choudhary has appeared in the court in this old case of cheating and her lawyers have defended themselves in the case.
